SPC is a formalization of your Commercial status ie. Creditor vs Debtor, and accompanied by a Declaration of Status for the sentient, non-commercial Being. I’ve also heard that one can get into trouble doing Secured Party Creditor liens (or other processes?) though I don’t recall any details.
