Law For Mankind processes are great for this sort of stuff. using affidavit of facts to press a claim on the other ex-partner for trespassing by the means of theft (literally taking the property of the other parent) and using monetary cost to press the other party into getting back into alignment with the original agreements.

The contract they have is the one you signed or box clicked, which functions as your signature, that said you have the Equitable right of Recission…if you have cash write them a letter and see if you can negotiate and “pay” down the debt. So very sorry and sad to hear what your daughter has gone through. This is exactly why many people are scared to pursue “sovereignty.” The Beast System is so corrupt it cares not for any law and order and will just torture or kill you if you don’t comply. I’m so happy for those who have made it through the wicked confrontations and remain free.

You can bring equity to the “jury service notice” presentment, or you can call them and say you are working or are unavailable.

The jury duty part recently happened to me. Below is what my counsel told me to write to them. I have SPC/HDC (not a us citizen but state citizen) might be something to keep in mind, but I would write them and see what happens. So far I have not heard back from them, but it has only been a few weeks.
