Question about Social Security – I’ll be submitting the Revocation of Election next year, and would like to take my social security – Is there any issue with taking that and not recontracting with the IRS? So far, the info I’ve gotten says it’s ok and doesn’t put me back in the “taxpayer” bucket. Correct? Which of the other 4 steps would…

Law & Sovereignty 2 years agoHey all! 👋
Not sure how different it is up here in Canada, but… I’m looking for information on how to deny an employer access to removing taxes from my pay stubs. Or, if the funds can be directed into a trust instead. ADV just recently did an interview with a gentleman named Marcel Bessette, I’ll be looking into what knowledge they offer.…

Many file PMA paperwork on the Public side and expect it to be considered Private just because it says so … it’s still in the Public! An unincorporated Trust means just that, and is specified as such if a request for identifying number is made for the purpose of bank accounts etc. This is why there can be difficulty opening…

I’ve witnessed attempts at the formation of micro-nations, unique flags etc., but any such entity still has to convince militarized predator governments of its legitimacy or the rights of its members. Individual Ambassador status is clearly spelled out within international documents and treaties, with none of the red flags associated with…

Barre, what does “unincorporated Trust(s) sans PMA formalized noticed to the Public” mean – that you’ve made/are not gonna make, a formalized noticed to the Public about the AV PMA? If so, why not?

A Trust can utilize any organizational structure(s) to suit it’s needs executed by the Trustee(s) with no Public liability. Engaging in commerce brings another dimension into the mix, so incorporated structures can interface for…

Thanks for your thoughtful response, Barre. I’m not eager to battle the monolith (or anyone/thing else), prefer my hot water in a tub, and arrows from Cupid (but not cupidity).
I’ve heard you, time and again, caution against engaging in lawfare with the Powers-That-Seek-To-Control, which I do take seriously. Is your conclusion from the…

Thanks for the share Hulda. Just a couple of comments from personal experience. Opening unincorporated Trust bank accounts can be challenging. I had one at a local credit union just closed by the uppity-up-stream administrators. I have an appointment with Wells Fargo in Grants Pass coming up so I’ll keep you posted … there is a…
