Once you file the ROE there is no need to file with California either. Bear in mind that you will not be able to get any withheld taxes back from either entity. so be sure to structure your revenue streams to avoid that. 😀

Law & Sovereignty a year agoHas anyone claimed themselves exempt via a W-4 form to their employer? I am starting a new job (and intend to move into having my own consulting firm one day; I’ve already set up an LLC) and trying to figure out how to best move forward.

Yes, I have filed W4 Exempt forms and they need to be resubmitted each year. They still withhold social security, medicare, and state taxes though. Another possibility is the W8-BEN, but I have not used that personally yet. Are you looking to stop filing with IRS altogether? if so – weissparis.com is the best respository for education…

Yes. The W8 BEN form will effectively recission the W4 and any others and let your employer know that you do not want taxes with held…best way to deal w/ IRS matters is take the Equity course…

Wow, I sure hope this is true. I went through Weiss-Paris. It’s too soon for me to weigh in. I do know they don’t answer any questions about state taxes or deal with state govt.

Hi Anne,
I appreciate your post and the time you took to write it. You’re fortunate to know someone who has experience with this and more than one. Imagine a country where most of those around us know how assert themselves in the law against authority. I am taking the course you mention. I haven’t got to the module on holding your own court…

Law & Sovereignty a year agoHey all, Land Patent question to pose;
I have mine all drawn up and I’m getting ready to move on it. I noticed the dates cited on my Certificate of Acceptance and Declaration of Land Patent do not properly reflect the dates on my Chain of Title. They are close, but not exact. Shouldn’t they be exact? I’d like to know if I’ve possibly…

Not sure if you did it yourself, but make sure the “forever benefit” statement is in there, Ron didn’t have it in his book previously and I don’t know if it has been updated. Nate Verellen in Michigan has book as well available at landsmen.org and has it done correctly in his book. When I did mine Nate was very responsive as well as…

I don’t know of any but if you take on attorney – they represent you and serve the BAR first and foremost…. one could be response-able and handle correspondences yourself…. i would suggest taking the course from the sovereigns way….
