I am a current member of this group and I believe Dave can help you.
I have not needed ‘legal’ help myself, but I do know that he got someone out of jail and charges dropped for an alleged assault with a deadly weapon or something close to this.
He has done my SPC/HDC and common law trust and I feel he is the real…

Law & Sovereignty a year agoHello! Im curious about how to properly fill out the w8Ben form…I have watched a couple of videos of Joe Lustica’s- has anyone used his method? Any advice on where to find a reliable source for guidance or straight up guidance is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Kelly! I am anything but an expert. But, one might need to know the process and why you are submitting the W-8BEN in order to guide you to the correct way to fill it out for your purposes. Ex, are you a National?

I have not tried JL’s method, but I tried this with my employer and they would not accept the W-8BEN. I ended up using the W-4 and just writing in ‘exempt’. They accepted that. If your employer is cool you could try to help them understand that they wont get into trouble by doing the W-8BEN, but if they are not cool and they are retarted the…

Law & Sovereignty a year agoHi. Do you have advice on how to sign a legal document while preserving your soveirgnty, freedoms and rights – I have used the “UCC-1(207)” in the past when physically signing. Is that useful? other suggestions?
And how if that document is an electronic document, like docusign or adobe esign etc.? in these applications the signature can not be…

UCC1-308 is reservation of rights under commercial law but it would be better to sign “Without prejudice” next to you signature rather than the numbers. “Without recourse” also to prevent financial liability on an instrument.

Matthew is correct above. However, Christophe, you must understand in what capacity you are signing, and what you are reserving your rights for?
It sounds like you are signing for a real estate or similar closing in the capacity of your ens legis (all caps name). By adding the UCC reference, you are reserving your rights as a living man…

This is my first year not filing – not sending anything to either the IRS or FTB. Did not send anything to the FTB regarding the RoE, either – it should not be necessary….

Thanks for the info, Elin. That’s excellent news.
Did you have a smooth time with the state (FTB)? -

Law & Sovereignty a year agoI find it intersting Trump posting his name in all caps and in quotations – like hes specifically calling out the legal fiction of the world :

Once you file the ROE there is no need to file with California either. Bear in mind that you will not be able to get any withheld taxes back from either entity. so be sure to structure your revenue streams to avoid that. 😀

Law & Sovereignty a year agoHas anyone claimed themselves exempt via a W-4 form to their employer? I am starting a new job (and intend to move into having my own consulting firm one day; I’ve already set up an LLC) and trying to figure out how to best move forward.

Yes, I have filed W4 Exempt forms and they need to be resubmitted each year. They still withhold social security, medicare, and state taxes though. Another possibility is the W8-BEN, but I have not used that personally yet. Are you looking to stop filing with IRS altogether? if so – weissparis.com is the best respository for education…
-
Yes. The W8 BEN form will effectively recission the W4 and any others and let your employer know that you do not want taxes with held…best way to deal w/ IRS matters is take the Equity course…
