My attention has been taken over of late it seems, by spirit!
I’m drawn to the episodes of my experience that clearly tell me/us something. Sometimes it’s difficult to know at the time what that something is.
On the 9/9/9 – September 9th, 2025, a nine year- I was pulled over in a “traffic stop”. The officer told me that the only reason he pulled me over was that when he ran my plates [illegally] they came up unregistered. Throughout the interaction with the cop, I tried to remember what it was that I was “supposed” to say but completely blanked and just ended up bantering instead. I did ask some questions, such as “Is that so?” when he told me that he ran my unregistered plate. I told him that I didn’t have a driver’s license and handed him my national Passport card to run when he asked. He came back saying that my DL was expired, and gave me a ticket for that, mumbled something about taking care of the plate, and hastily left.
My interpretation of this event was that there was no logical or rational reason that this cop pulled me over, therefore it is only an unknown (spiritual) reason. After this event occurred, I later learned of the “9/11 rule” which I coined, to reflect the special spiritual significance and impact that events occurring between 9/8 and 9/12 have on the human psyche- individual and collective. No, it was not a mistake that 9/11 occurred when it did, nor that many assassinations happen to traumatize a nation at that time.
Since that time, I decided to pursue remedy of that particular ticket via the SHEF National Status & Passport (NSP) teachings. The ticket has remained unpaid and motionless in their system since then. Dead in its tracks, so to speak.
As I further contemplate the incident, and as many more synchronicities in my life encourage me to *see* with spirit-eyes, I began to feel a certain beholding and being held sensation. Because of the emerging stress in other matters concerning closer, dearer necessities of life, I take courage and heart that this message was sent at the moment in time which would reverberate through my life and coming year like a clarion bell/ rallying my force and strength to persevere if only I “have eyes to see”.

I have not heard of the 9/11 rule before.
I’m not an expert in this by any means, but if you have a state national passport then supposedly he can’t detain or question you about statutory violations (victimless crimes, non-violent crimes) such as moving violations. So if you don’t pay the ticket, nothing will likely happen. And I don’t know where you live, but in many places, if you don’t pay the ticket, they just collect it when you renew your license, which you won’t be doing. It seems like he just wrote the ticket hoping you would pay it.
It’s my understanding that in that kind of a situation, you shouldn’t be confrontational or aggressive. Be polite. And don’t go into fear. Sounds like you did all that even if you forgot specific things to say.

Wow, whatta story indeed.. and thank you for the share & your elucidation of it.. Couple things pop in for me:
1 — I’ve learned that nothing is coincidental or random, and everything has meaning.. I came to this “vision” by actually adopting the mantra/stance upfront that all things have purpose and meaning, and everything is orchestrated (for whatever reason).. through that I’ve been able to develop to see the non-randomness of life, the orchestration of it, and further that we’re in charge of creating it (one way or another; likely oftentimes/mostly unconsciously, and attracting realities to us through energetics, and how we hold in our bodies & mind)… the veil that humans live under is a matter of perspective, which requires a mere shift in how you view.. the proper shift will start to melt the veil.. and illusions too, of what life and reality actually are..
2 — with that, I’ve personally been able to shift enough that when the “tough things” of life occur, and a big pile lands on your head, I can see that it’s an orchestration, and has meaning, and that I’ve created it, even when I’m in the bowels of rough & tough and difficult things.. not always easy, though, sometimes.. I’ve long now been avoiding such words as “going through a tough time”.. or “it was a rough period recently that I’ve come through”.. why that??.. I created it, it’s my doing, and my choice how to take it on.. and so been working on shifting perspective during those low swings in the trough of the wave, and embracing & loving it & relishing it.. ’cause I know, and have proven out, therein lies the healing, if you make it so, and you come out on the topside stronger than ever..
So with that diatribe, I would say, yes, whatever this is for you, will fortify you, and help you get clarity.. so, say, next time, you’re in *charge* of the situation & don’t have the mental lapse, and etc..

Is it possible to go through the process of obtaining a National Passport Card online? I an very interested. How would that work at airports; especially when Aoril 2926 rolls ariund and ‘new procedures for international travel are implemented.

AFAIK the passport card is the same process as the passport book, which both go directly through the State of State in Washington, DC. I am not really sure if you could do a DS82 online or not 🤔 However, in order to get a true national passport, we are taught to do the paper application because we need to include the affidavit as well a restricted signature, so I doubt those things will be available to us online.
