Jeez. Slowing down is what I need more than anything else.
I do know we are not these bodies and while it is known I must slow the mind. I often come back thankfully to revisit something without knowing why. Had I not come back I would not have known what you actually stated here (plus thank you all for highlighting it).

Turning “them” off is the operative strategy, but “they” can’t/won’t stop, nor will the EGO controlled by mind, so it’s just a matter of changing the channel.
