It seems OM has been coming to me in the past week from many different places hence maybe it’s a message eh. 🙂
Is there a suggestion that may assist in starting a practice.
What I found online were more like arguments then suggestions. One went as far to say Women should not chant OM and that turned into more nonsense.

Thank you. I will be wary of mentioning it as the last thing I would want to do is create more stress/pain.
It seems I am physically tough but I make up for it emotionally. Best thing I learned from Walter is balance.
