Hi Amber. I had recurring asthma and lung issues since 2020. I got a higherdose sauna infrared bag and it has helped a lot. Also doing Browns gas water seems to help. I have been researching pemf infrared small mats to sit on at work and am waiting to hear from higherdose if they use a sine or sawtooth waveform so I’m interested also

I think I will go with higherdose if it is sawtooth wave form. Otherwise I dont know since I’m looking for a smaller mat. I may just go with biomat infrared without pemf if I can’t get an answer from higher dose. I hope someone who knows more chimes in
