I take 5mcg liothyronine daily and 25 mcg Levothyroxin half week and 50 half of week. I very much want to stop (I really don’t like interfacing with western medicine at all) and do not want to crash. I would love suggestions how to best do this.

Hi Amber. I had recurring asthma and lung issues since 2020. I got a higherdose sauna infrared bag and it has helped a lot. Also doing Browns gas water seems to help.
