Hi! My 22 year old niece was just given a lichen sclerosis diagnosis. She reached out to me for help knowing what a freak I am about deep diving into health topics…and other things. I really want to help her, as it sounds like a terrible thing to deal with. There’s several things I plan on suggesting like trying homeopathy, maybe some cleanses, enemas and stuff just to help her terrain but I’d really like to cut to the chase and think isopathics may be a route for that. I’ve used them at home for my kids with minor sickness, and am reading everything I can find, and re-listening to your podcast on them. I think I have a decent basic understanding but my confusion is more on this “lichen sclerosis” bit. Never heard of it til now so I’m not quite sure how one gets to that point physiologically so it’s getting me in a rut on which way to go to be the most effective. Like you say, there’s a lot of overlap and now I’m getting analysis paralysis lol. Should I just have her do the *NOT to clean her out and follow up with Aspergillus and Mucor, or maybe Aspergillus and combine the occasional subtilis…I feel like there’s several ways to go and now I’m just overthinking but would appreciate any direction. Thank you so much for your time!

I would also be very interested in any insights as my friend has just been told she may have lichen sclerosis. Have you got anywhere with your investigations Elizabeth? Janie x

LS is a catch-all diagnostic label and not a disease affliction. Anybody with this syndrome of skin symptoms needs to be evaluated on an individual basis. The skin is the largest elimination organ of the body and reflects the health of the every internal organ system. A general isopathic recommendation would be Symbio Muc-Asper.
