Hi Hugh,
Have you gone this route? Churches of any IRS classification do not have any requirement to file anything with the IRS. Whether or not they have a determination letter (unless of course they contract to file).I am wondering how one with any IRS classification (or none) would handle property taxes. This is the main reason I’m…

Private Church or Ministry- do you want an IRS Determination Letter?
I’m actually really torn on which way WE are going to choose to go- the 501(a).. Church seems like an added layer of legitimacy with which to interact with Babylon and be “Tax Exempt” without fuss.
My only reservation is the possible “contract” which an application might be consenting to.
It IS a one-time application; churches do not…

Law & Sovereignty a year agoAloha all.
Wondering if anyone has experience setting up an organization that doesn’t allow for the government to be all up in its business.
I am about to start a new venture and am wondering about structure. It seems like I could go PMA or religious organization. Religious organization still seems like getting permission from big daddy gov…

You can holler at @marcia she has a vast knowledge about moving into the private with private trust setups and is helping us do exactly that for Music & Sky.

Sounds like a Constitutional Irrevocable Private Trust (known by a few other names depending on who your talking to) would be a good solution for your mortgage, business, etc.. This is the ultimate protection. Own nothing control everything. It is 100% legal and lawful.
From what I have heard the PMA and/or church stuff is ok if you are…

Law & Sovereignty a year agoHi men and women here who have done the sacred honor equity passage course, i would like to know your sincere, true experience. Has any wo/man got results from applying the knowledge from there? The only things that truthfully put i on the fence on this one is that its $3000+, lasts 7 months, and any wo/man can control the testimonies on their…

I am currently discharging my first presentment offer as we speak and Phil has been wonderful assisting on any step I ask about. Others in the group are also taking action from what they have learned but the class just ended so you’re probably not going to get a ton of testimonials with proven remedy as it takes time to have the record show…

I have not used this knowledge in practice yet but have no doubt about it validity. The requisite investment is peanuts compared to the value of knowledge/tools acquired. And as Mike mentioned, the access to a mentor like Phil is invaluable. You will not regret taking the class.

Law & Sovereignty a year agoHey all,
Looking to solve an issue regarding some medical debt. It all has my wife’s and baby’s NAME on it. Also to note; No Birth Cert on baby at this time.
I know discharging it is a ‘thing’ although I don’t know anything about it, especially when its for/on behalf of another.
Is a good ol fashioned negotiation and subsequent payment plan a…

Look into the Equity course that Mike talks about. It’s a discharge option. I’ve gone through it and it’s excellent.
Collections are usually easier to deal with, from what I understand. It might depend on if the agency is collecting on behalf of the original company or if they bought it cheap on the secondary market, and how much the “debt”…

In the class they did say (if I recall correctly) that hospitals have a window to the fed directly so you can definitely try to meet with people and reason with them as well…no action is forced in equity so you can backtrack “out of the 🌳 forest of dishonour” (paraphrasing…) I’m really sorry that you’ve had these health challenges and are on…

Law & Sovereignty a year agoRon Gibson’s Land Patent Process Question/Support?
Hello all! We’re on a little bit of a time crunch, and hit a wall in pursuing the Chain of Title or Abstract of Title for our land. There are some issues with the address and plat description being incorrect in at least one instrument, and names also not corresponding all the way down the chain.…-
I would call Ron, personally. Do you have his contact info?

GRATITUDE is the Divine Currency
and cannot be taxed
Just a little tidbit I got in a download, recently. If we exchange in Gratitude (whether or not something or other is materially a representation) there is no monetary value. In reading the voluminous resources on private trusts, there is always a stand-in for the monetary value. Whether that…
