Were you able to get a COLB but avoid the STATE BC somehow? I didn’t know that was possible..

Yes. I was involved in the Fresno committee for a couple of years and read greivances.. and went to 3 or 4 conventions. It’s a great idea and it or something like it really needs to happen, and the constitutional route is a good one… if they can actually get it done!

Yeah you don’t even need to claim the UCC code! Just all rights reserved or without prejudice over your natural name (capitalized first, middle, last) is all that is needed!

(if i read this correctly) i would suggest seeing if there are perspectives/resources on http://www.soverignbydesign.com, you have 18+ years to feel out the SS# and by that point it is likely to be a mute point. i see no real need from my perspective to worry…

I would hold off until you’re sure, there is no rush unless you need a government benefit like medi-cal or food stamps. You can always record in a family bible or post a notice of nativity in a local newspaper.
