I am currently discharging my first presentment offer as we speak and Phil has been wonderful assisting on any step I ask about. Others in the group are also taking action from what they have learned but the class just ended so you’re probably not going to get a ton of testimonials with proven remedy as it takes time to have the record show…

I have not used this knowledge in practice yet but have no doubt about it validity. The requisite investment is peanuts compared to the value of knowledge/tools acquired. And as Mike mentioned, the access to a mentor like Phil is invaluable. You will not regret taking the class.

Looking to solve an issue regarding some medical debt. It all has my wife’s and baby’s NAME on it. Also to note; No Birth Cert on baby at this time.
I know discharging it is a ‘thing’ although I don’t know anything about it, especially when its for/on behalf of another.

Look into the Equity course that Mike talks about. It’s a discharge option. I’ve gone through it and it’s excellent.
Collections are usually easier to deal with, from what I understand. It might depend on if the agency is collecting on behalf of the original company or if they bought it cheap on the secondary market, and how much the “debt”…

In the class they did say (if I recall correctly) that hospitals have a window to the fed directly so you can definitely try to meet with people and reason with them as well…no action is forced in equity so you can backtrack “out of the 🌳 forest of dishonour” (paraphrasing…) I’m really sorry that you’ve had these health challenges and are on…

Good stuff. I can’t seem to find an answer to this, if anyone knows, I’d like to hear it. If one revokes election to pay taxes does that create limits or challenges to operating a business such as being a member of an LLC or creating an LLC?
