Mindset: upon our word; workshop
You may be like me, and have had a story running in your head for much of your life, a little nagging voice that is compromised by negativity; through my journey into the havoc these stories can bring to my life i have by necessity learned tools and techniques to manage my stress and recast the spell of my…

Law & Sovereignty a year agoAny input on doing an IRS form 56 instead of the ROE through weiss+associates? (watching vid #9 on Brandon Williams course)
-
I was on that video yesterday and note that Brandon, according to what he’s written under that YouTube video, recommends his own version instead of Form 56 (no idea how his version compares to the Weiss+Associates one though):
“2/2/24: IMPORTANT NOTE: I have now created a FREE Revocation of Election document that is available on my Nation of… Read more

Probably doesn’t hurt, but RoE seems like a much better way to go. While I think Brandon is doing fantastic work, you have to watch his paperwork because it’s heavily skewed towards his AC stuff, which is own thing. More neutral paperwork is probably better.

Thank you all so much for your thoughtful responses! I really appreciate y’all taking the time to reply and it has been so helpful!
I’ll just do a quick update:
Two of the cows have calved within the last month, and as they are first calf heifers (this is their first baby and lactation), they aren’t making an over abundance of milk (1.5…

Law & Sovereignty a year agoW-8BEN form
Anyone have experience submitting this form to your employer? My question is, as I prepare to do my revocation of election (ROE) to change my status, does it matter if I submit the W-8BEN prior to the ROE? Or, vice versa? Should these 2 steps be synchronized together?View more comments-
Good question. I’ve been wondering this also.
Hey so by the way you phrased that, your Status Change and your ROE are somehow one in the same? Curious on your method there. I got the impression from studying KL’s method, that you are going to want to ensure your Status is already squared away before you file the ROE.

Would one of you knowledgable souls define the difference between a “status correction” and a “ROE”?

What is a long form/COLB?

Hey Cory. I ran into the same issue with Florida. Anyway, I did have success when I found a local state office and emailed them asking specifically for the ‘long form certificate of birth, or ‘cert of live birth’ and that worked. I have to physically mail in a form—on the form there is a check box for the ‘certificate of live birth’—with a…

Law & Sovereignty a year agoAny thoughts on Brandon Joe Williams? https://onestupidfuck.com/ He is making the rounds a lot lately and promoting his Contract Killer course. Was on The Way Forward recently.

I think we have multiple threads discussing him already in here haha… I hung out with Brandon in Texas recently and I must say he is actually a super cool guy. We were supposed to have him on Alfacast last month but he messed up the scheduling. He will be on this summer. I have some issues with his strategy that I vocalized to him in…

I am pretty sure you are correct about state tax and I asked Weiss the same thing. If you change your jurisdiction that means you have changed your jurisdiction to all. Fed and state. So, no state taxes.

Law & Sovereignty a year agoSeeking help with creating an irrevocable trust for my family. I believe I can do this myself, or with the help of someone more experienced than myself. I am willing to pay for your help if you have real world experience around this issue. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Without any details of your situation: A trust is simply a relation between a man/woman acting as a trustor, one as a trustee, and another as a beneficiary. All you really have to do is write a short document laying out what the property in question is, and which members of mankind are to assume which role. “The property in question is the 5…
