Im looking to file my DBA and UCC1 Financing Statement with my SOS. The forms are all online and they want a payment from a debit or credit card. Does paying with a debit or credit card undermine what I am trying to do? I asked to pay with a Money Order, but they refused, saying everything must be done online.

I’m no expert, but I don’t think it makes a difference. The UCC1/DBA are in the corporate system anyway.

You could try telling them you don’t have a computer, see what they say. They are your public servants.

I am again buying raw milk from the Amish guy they are hassling.
I found another place today close by me that plays a great tactic in that the Raw Milk and Cream etc is for Pets only.

Law & Sovereignty a year agoThe baby is not the infant . . . protected amnesia (innocence at the time). Anna Von Reitz also writes about this distinction with great disdain. Part two with Andy was released yesterday which goes more into balancing the books (equity) and our true position.

Liberty Dollars was first created by Bernard von NotHaus in Hawaii when I lived there. I operated an exchange center out of Nevada where people could exchange FRNs for Liberty Dollars with the option of taking actual Silver or Silver Certificates.
I still have envelopes full of the Silver Certificates as well as the original minted Silver. …

Law question: If the government resides in the “US” jurisdiction and the Constitution resides in the “United States of America” jurisdiction, is it still beholden to representatives to take the oath? Perhaps the authors of the Constitution did not see this distinction coming when they laid out the rules?

Hard to pin down an exact date that not only America but all other Nation States were comprised, but I would say the human sacrifice at 9/11. That eliminated the evidence of treason and took out a lot of true patriots fighting the good fight.
