I believe you do not care about their so called law. That is what Barre is stating.
I would think no business is legally selling raw milk so do it outside their world.
They ended my Raw milk deal as I was buying from Amos but the one time I remember getting raw milk prior was a next door neighbor with a Cow.

I can’t give any advice other than share how we do it here. A local family 30 miles downstream has several cows, and customers are referred word of mouth prior to having permission from the owner to purchase the raw milk.
I simply park outside the gate guarded by 2 huge dogs that know me as a “friendly”, and walk to a fridge in an open barn…

Does anyone have experience with the sale of raw milk? The corporate jurisdiction of Colorado only ‘allows’ raw milk to be conveyed via a Herd Share agreement, in which the ‘buyer’ purchases interest in the herd for around $50 and pays boarding and labor to the tune of around $14 a gallon for weekly pick up.
