Thank you Abram! Will check out Marcia’s course on trusts. Been wanting to do this for a while now so this is good motivation. Starting to map out my escape process.

THIS!!! ^^^^^. Their Q&A page is excellent.
I’m filing my last return this year to close my statutory S Crop, putting all cash flow and assets in to private trusts, and filing the ROE shortly after that. BTW, it’s very worth the price of a hour consultation if your situation has several moving parts, like businesses. 🤠

I was told that this revocation of election might sever my relationship with irs in a way that might cut off access, once gained, to trust account ( that was set up unbeknownst to most of us with our birth certicicate registration at birth. I’m wondering if anyone has experience or knowledge about this.

you may do well to start with watching marcia anne’s presentation on private trusts here on AV under courses, gives a starting perspective on possible roads… there are also a great many alfacasts with people in this regards that have been helpful at directing to resources in perspective
